Aaaaand I’m back (after a while of not paying attention to tumblr). And what better day than (the day after) my birthday!

Artie: Corsican vest?In S4, the writers on Warehouse 13 transferred this twin-feels-his-pain property to the Metronome Artifact, also. At the end of “Personal Effects” (ep. 4.03), Steve gets scratched, but Claudia feels the pain.
I’m guessing it’s to do with the fact that Claudia is the one who brought him back. She used her own life energy in conjunction with the metronome to revive him, so he’s now connected to both her and the artifact.
Which leaves me to wonder… which is it that’s dependent on the other? Is Steve dependent on Claudia as much as the metronome (in the sense that Claudia dying would kill him as much as the metronome would)? Or is Claudia now dependent on Steve (having used so much of her own energy to bring him back), and stopping the metronome would kill them both?
That said, I don’t think Sykes was the one who resurrected Marcus. I find it much more likely that he forced someone else to do the deed and suffer every time anything happened to Marcus. Which makes Sykes just that much nastier of a guy.
